Delivery Information

Delivery Time

All orders received by 3:00 pm are processed and dispatched for delivery within 48 hours through a tracked delivery service. We hold most items in stock in our extensive warehouse and goods are dispatched daily using reputable national couriers. Please note your order may require a signature upon delivery.

If any items cannot be dispatched immediately we will contact you to inform you of the delay and to confirm your requirements. Whilst every effort is taken to minimise delivery time, the company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from late or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond the control of the company. Any date named by the company for delivery, whilst given in good faith, is intended as an estimate only and is not the essence of the contract.

Delivery Charges

Free delivery on all orders over £100.00 (excluding VAT) in mainland UK - except courier surcharge areas. Delivery charge is £9.95 for orders below £100.00 excluding VAT.

Refused Deliveries

The company reserves the right to make a carriage charge plus 5% handling charge on all consignments entered for delivery, which are refused.
