Suitable for those who regularly use a recliner or footrest, the design relieves pressure on the sole and heel of the wearer’s foot no matter how they are positioned.

Specially designed to provide the highest levels of comfort and protection while the user is in bed or seated for long periods of time. These open-toed fleece-covered heel protectors are machine washable, adjustable and very comfortable. Featuring an adjustable hook and loop, the strapping ensures the best support for swollen feet of any size.

Lightweight, soft and comfortable. Useful for individuals at risk of developing or suffering from pressure ulcers on the heel.

The Thorpe Mill Slippy Heel Protectors with Lambswool  are designed to prevent shear force and friction causing pressure sores to open up during the night. They are easy to apply and feature a soft and comfortable wool interior that allows the foot to come into contact with your mattress, duvet or blanket without pain or discomfort arising.

These Heel Protectors feature a "slippy" nylon outer material layer that doesn't catch or snag when it comes into contact with other fabric. This makes them the better choice for use during the night, when you cannot control the placement or movement of your foot.

Slippy Heel Protectors feature a Velcro attachment which fits across the front of the ankle, allowing you to adjust the fit and feel of your protectors as you see fit. They are supplied in a single "one-size-fits-most" design that should fit most adult users.

The Slippy Heel Protectors run approximately 10cm up the ankle from the base of the heel.

The Thorpe Mill Fibre Filled Heel Cushions can help to reduce the risk of developing pressure ulcers also known as bed sores. Ideal for those with delicate skin or when a patient is bed ridden.

These fibre filled bootees fit comfortably and prevent continuous pressure to the skin to stop damage to underlying tissue. Although easy to prevent, bed sores can be difficult to treat so prevention is important. 

The bootees are manufactured in such a way to help prevent with any 'drop foot' and malposition.

The outer material is an inherently fire retardant with soft foam covered strapping to keep in place. The strap can be fastened at adjustable lengths, which help accommodate for swollen feet.

Padded Heel Protector with a ‘cooling’ aperture for aeration and gives complete elevation from bed surface, available in either cotton or wipe clean material.

The Alerta Air Heel Bootees provides effective protection for users by offloading pressure from the heel to minimise the risk of pressure ulceration and injury to the foot, including those assessed as very high risk. If existing pressure related tissue injury is severe then clinical supervision is recommended.
