The MIP Aurorra Washable Chair Pad is designed to provide you with confidence and dignity, and comes in a range of colours in a style that can blend in with the rest of your furniture.

This innovative chair pad is made with three separate layers. The bottom is a brushed UPVC fluid proof barrier which minimises unwanted movement as well as providing protection to the surface it is resting on. The middle soaker layer absorbs liquid that passes through the top layer. The top layer in a stylish green colour is made from a synthetic material called Aurorra, and is quilted for your comfort as well as having stain release properties.

The Aurorra material also has anti-snagging properties as well as being latex free.

This chair pad can be washed up to 95 °C, and tumble dried on a medium heat. Do not Iron/bleach or use fabric softeners.

The Wired Floor+ Alertamat is a robust long-life Alertamat and is most effective when placed at the bedside or doorway; activating the alarm when a user leaves their safe zone by stepping on the mat. This alerts the caregiver to ascertain the user's safety. The light colour makes it an ideal solution for situations where a dementia user may try to avoid the mat.

The Wired Floor+ Alertamat can be connected to a nurse call system with a 3 metre cable provided for centralised activation, or used on its own, independent of a nurse call system to give localised alerts through the Alerta Alarm Monitor (sold separately).

The Wired Floor+ Alertamat comes with a unique built-in “Y” cable, providing a spare socket for other Alerta devices to be connected – using only one nurse call point.
