Our Wipeable Cushioned Chair Glide and Lock with handles offers a waterproof top coating with 4 way stretch properties to improve comfort for the patient and can be easily wiped down and laundered in between uses.
The additional webbing handles on each side of the Wipeable Cushioned Chair Glide and Lock with handles allow carers to help slide the patient where necessary from the sides or behind.
The Wipeable Cushioned Glide and Lock with handles are suitable for most chairs, including – static and recliner chairs, wheelchairs and sofas. Please note, the top wipeable surface is not as breathable as our standard model. However, this material is a more convenient surface for patients who may have incontinence problems or home care environments, wards area’s and other departments.
Antibacterial wipes can be used to clean the product, or it can be laundered up to 72° C and tumble dried on a low to medium heat. Chlorine bleach is not to be used.
